Trustees and Advisers

The Trustees are responsible for managing the Scheme efficiently and in line with existing pension law and the Scheme's rules. At the same time, they must safeguard the interests of Scheme members as far as possible.

There are currently 6 trustees, 3 of which have been nominated by the members and 3 Company nominated trustees.

The current Trustees are:

Simon Harris

Keith Jones (Chairman)

Tom McIntosh

Alan Roffey-Jones

Sara Thompson

The Secretary to the Trustees is Jennifer Flinders, who works for Aon Solutions UK Ltd.

The Trustees appoint a number of advisers and administrators to help them in running the Scheme.
