Final Salary Section

The Scheme rules determine the benefits you will receive, based on a formula related to your salary and service. Details of how these benefits are calculated are set out in the booklet you received when you joined the Scheme.

There are three main categories of Final Salary member:

Members who joined the Final Salary section of the PGL Pension Scheme (formerly the Resolution Group Pension Scheme and the Britannic Group Pension Scheme).

Members who joined the Final Salary section of the Britannia Life Group Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme (a ‘BIM/Alba’ member).

Members who joined the Final Salary section of the Phoenix Life Group Pension Scheme (formerly the Swiss Life (UK) Pension Plan), including members who were previously in the Swiss Pioneer Staff Pension Plan.

Please note that although these categories cover the majority of Scheme members, there will be some individuals whose benefits differ in some respects from those described on this website. If you have any queries specific to your circumstances, please contact the Scheme administrator .

To disable cookies:

Click on "Privacy" Tab on top
Move the slider up to the "Block all the Cookies" setting

If you are using Google Chrome:

If you are using Safari 5.0:

Choose Safari > Preferences and click "Security."
