Chair’s Statement for the year to 5 April 2023

The Chairman’s Statement includes information on the Defined Contribution (DC) investment charges and core transaction costs along with greater explanation and illustration in effect of the investment charges and core transactions costs on members DC retirement savings.   This document is only relevant for members who only have Protected Rights benefits in the Scheme.

Engagement Policy Implementation Statement

The Engagement Policy Implementation Statement outlines how and the extent to which the Trustees have followed their engagement policy which is set out in the Statement of Investment Principles, and their voting behaviour by or on behalf of the Trustees during the Scheme year.

The Statement of Investment Principles explains how the Scheme’s assets are invested, including risks and expected returns.

Trustees’ Report for the year to 5 April 2021

The annual report to members from the Trustees includes a Summary Funding Statement with a further update of the financial health of the Scheme, along with highlights from our Trustee report and accounts and an update on investment performance.  The annual report for the year to 5 April 2022 is expected to be published in Q1 2023.
